As the Patches Project evolves, we've noticed customers tend not to utilize the digital wallets. I get it. Honestly, the last thing anyone needs is another online wallet login to remember. So, we are removing the wallet function from our website. It was an added layer of unnecessary complexity. Going forward, when you return clothes to the Patches Project you will still have the same options and guarantee. However, we will now send a gift card to your email address or phone number rather than funds added to a wallet.
